Ingredients
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Peas
- Onions
- Chicken/Pork/Beef/Seafood
- Curry Roux
Instructions
- Chop up vegetables into large chunks (Note: potatoes will disolve if cut too small)
- Microwave potatoes for a few minutes – to forkable
- Place potatoes and other vegetables into large pot with boiling water
- Boil vegetables until nearly cooked
- Add meat
- Once meat and vegetables are cooked through add curry roux
- Turn down heat to low – cook to taste and preferable viscosity
- Serve with plain white Japanese sticky rice
