Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Peas
  • Onions
  • Chicken/Pork/Beef/Seafood
  • Curry Roux

Instructions

  1. Chop up vegetables into large chunks (Note: potatoes will disolve if cut too small)
  2. Microwave potatoes for a few minutes – to forkable
  3. Place potatoes and other vegetables into large pot with boiling water
  4. Boil vegetables until nearly cooked
  5. Add meat
  6. Once meat and vegetables are cooked through add curry roux
  7. Turn down heat to low – cook to taste and preferable viscosity
  8. Serve with plain white Japanese sticky rice
